For many processes melting is the first step in producing a useful product; induction melting is fast and efficient. By changing the geometry of the induction coil, induction melting furnaces can hold charges that range in size from the volume of a coffee mug to hundreds of tons of molten metal. A major advantage that is inherent with induction melting is inductive stirring. In an induction furnace, the metal charge material is melted or heated by current generated by an electromagnetic field. When the metal becomes molten, this field also causes the bath to move. This is called inductive stirring. This constant motion naturally mixes the bath producing a more homogeneous mix and assists with alloying. The amount of stirring is determined by the size of the furnace, the power put into the metal, the frequency of the electromagnetic field and the type/amount of metal in the furnace. The amount of inductive stirring in any given furnace can be manipulated for special applications if required.

Vacuum Induction Furnace is vacuum induction smelting equipment which can melt metal and sinter power by using the medium frequency induction heating principle under the condition of vacuum. It is applicable in the field of metal materials, such as Ni, special steel, precision alloys, Cu alloys, Nd-Fe-B, Dysprosium metal, active metal, high-temperature alloys, special materials, magnetic materials and so on. These metal materials can be melted, cast and sintered in a vacuum or in the prot- ection of the atmosphere.
Medium frequency induction melting furnace adopts thyristor as the core inverter. Alternating current in the coils melts the metals in the crucible and then heats the hot metal to the temperature needed. It is the heat treatment prior to forging, sintering and hot rolling in casting and melting industries.
The ingot casting conveyor is used for fully automatic control production of ADC series grade 5.0-10.0 kg cast aluminum alloy ingots. The casting machine can meet the requirement of continuous production 24 hours a day, and the production process requirements of casting aluminum ingots and automatic stacking.
The ingot mould through spray type cooling make aluminum ingots through sufficient cooling and coagulation, by tapping the automatic ejection device will fall off aluminum ingots.
